Memory Lane

My brother informed me recently that he had no recollection of He-Man Master of the Universe.
Unbelievable to me because not only did he (and by force me) watch the show but he also had the action figures. I'm a little sad that he doesn't remember it even a little bit.
So, because I didn't have anything better to talk about today, a little trip down my cartoon memory lane.
I was forced to watch He-Man but at least I had She-Ra Princess of Power.

Is it weird that my favorite character on the Smurfs was the bad guy and his cat?

Jem was truly outrageous in the 80s. I have to admit when I searched for a picture of her my first thought was, "Wow, I don't remember her looking so much like a prostitute." I just thought she was cool because her earrings lite up.

I can still vividly remember getting a care bear for my birthday.

Rainbow Brite was my favorite. I had a little Rainbow Brite kitchen set and everything. One year my mom even made a Rainbow Brite cake for my birthday.
What was your favorite character or show from your childhood?
Thanks for reading.

You have such a great memory! We were going down memory lane at mom's the other day too! I also loved the smurfs and Princess Power...

I loved...no one in particular b/c I always had to watch what Andrea watched. :( I really truly can't think of a favorite...maybe Andrea knows what I was obsessed with?

Well, I'm right there with you on most of them. Rainbow Brite was my favorite. I vividly remember watching the Smurfs, Care Bears & He-Man & The Masters of the Universe too. I also remember watching Strawberry Shortcake (my sister's favorite) & My Little Pony.

Wow, hadn't thought about that stuff for a while now. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
