White Fluffy Hat

I made this hat for someone to donate to the hospital. The recipient picked out the yarn.
The yarn was very soft, but very splitty which made it a little frustrating.
I linked the pattern to this picture if anyone is interested. I thought it was a really cute pattern. This type of yarn doesn't show stitches off very well, but it has a really cute little moss stitch border at the bottom. I thought this added some texture and made the hat more fun then just a flat stockinette hat.
I added the pompom because I was worried that a plain white hat would be a little boring. I really like the way it looks. I need to work on my pompom attaching skills, but it looks really cute and won't fall off or anything.
Thanks for reading.

I am continually impressed by your knitting skillz! I am not sure where you find time with working full time and 2 little ones, but good for you!! And thanks for sharing them...it is always neat to see what you've been up to.

You are an absolute dear. I can't tell you what it meant to me and Mandy for you to just say "sure" to the project without batting an eye! And then to make it so sweet and get it done so quickly. It's beautiful!
Thank you!

What a darling hat. Even more than the hat, though, I love the thought and generosity behind it!
