Menu for the Week
Of: April 4th
Monday Leftovers
Tuesday Chicken Quesadillas
Wednesday Sloppy Joes
Thursday Leftovers
Friday Eggplant Parmesan
Saturday Taco Crescent Bake
Sunday Chicken Florentine Lasagna
The Eggplant Parmesan recipe isn't exactly like the one I use but it is very close. The one I use has Parmesan mixed with the bread crumbs.
