Warm Neck

I finally finished the scarf for myself. I've been working on it between projects and finally finished it one night while sitting in the kids room waiting for Ellie to go to sleep. It's the perfect knitting for something like that because it is a very simple pattern and doesn't require much concentration or light. Since there is only one row to the pattern you don't have to keep track of where you are.
I love, love, LOVE the finished result. I blocked it very wide so that it would cover my whole neck and the bottom part of my face.
It's very soft and super warm. I find myself hoping for a really cold day so that I can wear it and feel superior to all the people I see with cold necks.
It's so thick that I can't figure out the best way to wear it and not look like I have a tire around my neck.

It's silly, but it makes me feel very glamorous and lavish to wear it.
Thanks for reading.

It's gorgeous and I'm jealous. Is this the yarn we picked out together?

Corin, you seriously have the best sense of humor! I love the scarf, and you will be superior to other "cold-necked" people around you lol! We must see a picture with you wearing it whenever you master that part!
