Well, my little girl's refusal to go to sleep before 10:30 is putting a serious damper on my Christmas knitting. I've scrapped two projects and have some serious doubts about whether or not I'm going to finish the only project left before Christmas. Someone maybe getting a Christmas I.O.U. from me this year.
On a happier knitting note; here is the keyhole scarf I made for one very sweet little girl's birthday this weekend. I gave it to her mommy awhile back, because it was getting cold and I wanted her to be able to use it.

It's made with Lion Brand Amazing Yarn (that's the name of it, I'm not saying it's amazing. Although....) I love the colors and variegate of this yarn. The stripes are made by switching between two different colored variegates of yarn, it turned out so well. I'm going to have to make another one.

One of the projects I had to scrap for lack of time was a matching hat. I still plan to make it, there is just no way I can get it done in time. I figure the scarf will fit for at least another year so if I don't get the hat done until next year hopefully she can still wear them together.

Thanks for reading.
