This is the awesome stool that Vance made for me and Levi for our birthdays. I just now got it sanded painted and in the house.
We both love it. It's the perfect height for our counters. Steve even wanted to know if Vance had come and measured the cabinets when we weren't looking. 
Steve was extremely skeptical of the red paint job, but I think it looks great. I didn't want to stain it to match the cabinets b/c I'm hoping someday they won't be that color anymore.
I just thought this was a cute picture of Ellie and I playing on the floor. She's getting so big and is very close to sitting up on her own. 
I started this sweater about 5 yr. ago when I found out that I was going to be an aunt. At the time I was such a sloooooooww knitter that by the time I finished it Kaitlyn had outgrown it. I saved it just sure someday there would be another little girl to wear it and lo and behold....
She's the best little model, isn't she? Nothing could look bad on such a cute package.Thanks for reading.

That's so awesome! I wish I would have thought of making it red and I would have painted it for you. I hate that you had to finish your own present. It looks great and I'm glad it works perfectly. You will get many years of use out of it. I love the sweater and she looked darling in it. She definitely wants to be sitting up and checking things out!
