- For me therapy is a trip to Hobby Lobby. Wandering the aisles thinking of all the crafty projects I could do re-energizes me.
- Yarn shopping is therapeutic for the same reason.
- Cleaning is also high on my list. I feel like a clean house is a fresh start when things have gone awry.
- Along these same lines I find organizing things necessary to my sanity. You've probably never seen anyone get as excited about storage containers as I do. All the organizational possibilities makes me giddy.
- When I'm at work looking up knitting patterns is my therapy. Surprisingly, I don't consider knitting itself to be very relaxing. I love it as a hobby, but do not think it's therapeutic.
Thanks for reading.

Reading or music is my therapy.
If I can set down and read for a while any problems/concerns just kind of drift away.
I'm a country music nut. If I can have country music playing I am so relaxed that nothing bothers me; not to mention I work much better with music playing.
That being said I wish I had a radio at work right now. However, they aren't allowed, cause they are too distracting, you're not focused on your job if you're listening to the radio. See, if they got me a radio, I might be working instead of blogging!!!
SLEEPING! looking for easy sewing patterns (but not actually sewing itself), fabric shopping, playing on the floor with my kids!
I'm still working on my therapy...just so you know that i'm not ignoring this post.
