Does it seem to anyone else like the amount of fun a kid has with a toy is inversely proportionate to the amount you paid for it? My mom found this paper doll pirate book on the clearance rack at K-mart and gave it to Levi for his birthday. (Who knew they still made paper dolls?) I think she paid like a dollar for it and he as gotten hours of fun out of it already.

This is a really great toy to watch him play with. He comes up with the most elaborate stories. I love it. Sometimes I think I should tape record everything the kids say so I can listen to it later.

He even made use of the paper after the shapes where punched out. You may not be able to see it, but that is a cage for his lizard.
Thanks for reading.

Love it! Imaginations are the greatest thing!! Now if we as parents can just keep from squelching it!!!!
i agree corin. the less you pay for things, the more they play with them. i think us as parents need to remember this when we are shopping for them. love his little cage for his lizard:)
