We started the birthday weekend off right by letting Levi open a present first thing Saturday.

He got a bunch of new movies and picked one to watch.

Sunday morning he opened his new table and had to have something to eat on it.

He had a blast at his pirate party. Levi has a new found love of the kiddie pool. He got in it before lunch and only got out when forced. He got a horn for his play set which I'm sure will drive me crazy.

He also got lots of Buzz stuff, including this3D viewer.

Once he opened his umbrella all bets were off, he didn't want to open anything else. I should have saved it for last, but then we would have missed this moment.

To keep Levi opening presents after the umbrella Andrea had to shade him with it. Doesn't he look like royalty being shaded with his caterpillar umbrella?

(Thank you for this picture Lauren. I love it! I so appreciate you being our impromptu photographer.)
After presents he finally got to try out his slip and slide.

This is what happens when the hill your slip and slide is on is too steep and You have neglected to read the directions on how it goes together.

One of the three times Levi went down the slip and slide before returning to the kiddie pool.

And finally cake.
Shew......I'm exhausted!
Thank you to everyone for coming, bringing food, and showering Levi with gifts. He is a very blessed little boy.
Thanks for reading

Very cute cake! Looks like it turned out to be a great day.
It was a great party! I'm glad he loved the umbrella...I loved holding it for him:)!
Love it! There is just something special about a third birthday party--they are at the stage where they actually understand what's going on and they enjoy every minute of it!!
