What Else Can We Give Medals For?

I'm sorry, but Ice Dancing should NOT be an Olympic sport. If Ballroom dancing and drill team don't make the Olympic cut then neither should this crud. Perhaps I shouldn't say that or next Olympics I'll find ballroom dancing and drill team on the program. I'm not saying there shouldn't be competitions for these things I just don't think it should be an Olympic sport. I have spent hours defending cheerleading as a sport and it has mostly fallen on deaf ears. Yet people prancing around on skates doing, no jumps or stunts that go higher then their shoulders get to have what they're doing qualify as an Olympic sport. Ooooookay. Does it seem to anybody else the IOC is really stretching to find things to add to the Olympics? I mean in the summer Olympics there is a trampoline competition. I'm all for being inclusive, but I feel like pretty soon they'll be handing out medals in front of Wal-Mart.

These are the Americans. I saw this program first and thought oh, my gosh how embarrassing. They are going to look like idiots. Au contraire, they were one of the more dignified couples.
Then, I saw the Russians and I wondered, do they even tell their families they're doing this or just hope it never gets out?

I would just like to point out, for an extra gross out factor, that this last couple are brother and sister. Yeah, try and get that image out of your head. At one point during their routine, he is sitting on her like this but he's pretending she's a truck he's driving, classy stuff.
