Can't Take Just One

Somethings are just so darn cute you can't take just one picture of them. This is my favorite thing about digital cameras. You can take as many pictures as you want and then just print a few of them. I have tons of pictures on my computer that I will never print, but I can't bring myself to get rid of. I'm convinced I'll want every single one of them when he's 16 and telling me he hates me. I use this philosophy so much there is no way I could switch back to a film camera now. I'm way to spoiled.
Anyway, case in point: Levi finger painted on some paper that we later turned into homemade Valentines for the grandparents and Daddy. It was his first time finger painting and I just don't know if he knew what to think of it. He's painted with a brush before, but not his fingers. He kept giving me this look that said, "Really you want me to get this ALL over my hands, really." I took about 30 pictures of it but will only share some of my favorites. I know that while my capacity to look at pictures of him is endless, yours is probably not.

He looks so serious in this one.

Don't lie you all want to take him home, don't you?

Okay this is where he turned into a little ham. You can see the attitude change between the last two pictures he went from "Leave me alone I'm painting" to "Take my picture I'm cute."
I asked him once to hold up his hand for me.
Then I couldn't get him to stop. I have 10 more similar posses, if you ever want to see them.
The finished product.
Hope that made you smile on this very snowy Monday. It did me.
Thanks for reading and enduring with my proud mom moments.

You're such a fun mom!!! Sometime you should let me fingerpaint with pudding on wax paper and then eat it! Great pictures.

love it! too funny how it went from studious painter to silly little boy all so fast!

(i think perhaps andrea means let "him" fingerpaint on wax pudding and then eating, but who knows...maybe she still does this?)
