The Irony

For Sara!

You guys are too funny wanting my recipes. Don't you know I only cook things that start as a mix or can be made in the microwave. Need proof:

Chocolate Cookie Bark
This stuff is delicious and embarrassingly easy to make.

You need:
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter (A good start for any recipe.)
1 Pkg (6 squares) White Chocolate
10 Oreo Cookies Crushed (Yes, I do use exactly 10, but I'm sure it doesn't really matter if your not a follower like me.)
1 Pkg. (8 squares) Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Melt your Chocolate in two separate bowls in the microwave.
To the White Chocolate add the Peanut Butter and half the crushed oreos.
To the Semi-Sweet Chocolate add the other half of the oreos.
Glob in alternating colors onto a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Swirl with a knife for marbled affect. Put in the fridge until set and then break apart into pieces.

Done.
Thanks for reading.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I love it!
Like I said, I'm trying to figure out a good reason to make it now instead of waiting until next Christmas. I agree, pb is a great addition to most recipes!

Psst...Bunco. This recpie could be made in like 8 min. I think that's close enough. Especially considering 6 of those minutes are microwaving (cooking) the chocolate.
