Fall Classics

I'm so glad that the weather finally cooperated so we had a nice fall weekend to spend a little time outside. It was nice to get some things done and to let Levi enjoy a time honored fall tradition. This is the first year he got to really play in the leaves. He loved it.

Steve stood by and reformed the pile every time, he was afraid Levi would hurt himself, because he jumps feet out and lands hard on his butt every time. I told him kids are resilient.

He really had to get a run at it. Every time he would start from further back. Finally he started to get tired and he would kind of walk up and then jump.

My favorite shot. That is the picture of a boy having a good time. Please note the buzz wings he's sporting.

He has a broom and was helping "rake". So fun. I can't wait till next fall so we can do it again.
