Summer Knitting

I don't really have to much to say in this post. I made these things and I wanted to share them.
The patterns for both are available for free on Ravelry.
Saartje's Booties (It's the name of the pattern, no idea what it means.) I made these just because I wanted to try them. I don't know who I'm going to give them to yet.
Anybody need some booties? I thought they turned out really cute.

My summer knitting pride and joy. I made the Wee Sophisticate keyhole scarf for Levi. I love it, he hates it. I practically had to hold him down to get him to try it on and even then he kept making choking noises and pulling at it.
His best attempt at a smile.

The scarf is warm and gorgeous if you ask me. I love the pattern it looks so cute and the red is perfect for a little boy. He'll learn to love it right?
Thanks for reading.

I L.O.V.E. the scarf! How cute! I can just hear him choking, something Colby totally would have done. Isn't it nice to have a stockpile of baby gifts, for "just in case?" Great job!
p.s. I also love how the scarf will stay around his neck with the keyhole! how come you can't buy scarves like this?!
