Leave it to me to forget all my pictures from the weekend. We had a great holiday weekend and a pretty productive one, but again I managed to forget my pictures at home.
The exciting thing is that I remember to take some pictures I guess.
Friday we went to the Honey creek Resort Indoor water park. It was perfect for little kids. Despite a brief meltdown I think Levi had a really good time. He got to hangout with Emma who is one of his favorite people. He gets very excited when I tell him we are going to play with Emma.
Saturday we did a little shopping in the morning. (Then I cursed the lack of a crafting store in this one horse town for the rest of day. I'm still not over it, can you tell?) We went to a BBQ and watched fireworks. (Forgot my camera, don't expect pictures of that) I was excited for Levi to see fireworks this year. I thought he would get really into them. Wrong, he could have cared less. His favorite part was Tyler helping him step on the little unpoped snap things. (Hope you know what I mean because I don't know there name.) He liked this because a. Tyler was playing with him b. He got to jump c. They pop when you finally land on them. Hours of entertainment right there, for both Levi and everyone else watching.
Sunday I finished Levi's cross stitch project and started one for my Grandma. Steve insulated our duct work in the crawl space. (Fun for him) I started the process of cleaning for Levi's B-Day party. I always feel the need to clean the weirdest things before we have parties. I don't know why no one ever notices.
All and all it was a really great weekend.
I'll try and remember pictures tomorrow.
