I have this one co-worker that drives me crazy. When I'm forced to interact with him I find it difficult to do so without resorting to violence or at least bitchiness. I've tried to be nice but I just can't make myself do it. Most of the people I work with are great and for the most part it's a pretty light environment. I can usually avoid this person and don't talk to him unless I absolutely have to, because I can't seem to be nice. I'm at a loss for what I should do. What are you suppose to do when you just can't get along with someone?
