Jenn already blogged about this once but there is a MO Chip event tomorrow at the school in Queen City. If your going I thought you might like to download the forms to fill out ahead of time. It saves time when you get there to already have it done. Not to mention it's a lot easier to fill out when your not trying to wrangle children. If your interested go here:

i have mine all filled out and ready for andrea and amy buford to take them with them. i can't go so they have both been kind enough to offer to take mine with them. aren't friends the greatest?
We're going but I didn't know you could fill out the forms ahead of time. Thanks for the tip. Also, I emailed them & they said babies are more than welcome to come :)
