What a Crock....Pot That is

We had a delicious and easy supper last night and since your all my friends I thought I would share. As you probably gathered from the title it was a Crock Pot recipe. I just love these. Put it on in the morning and when you get home from work the house smells wonderful and supper is ready and waiting for you. Here you are, enjoy:

Creamy Salsa Chicken

4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breast (Isn't that great you don't even have to thaw your chicken)
2 C. Salsa
1 C. Sour Cream
Tortillas and Taco toppings

Put your frozen chicken breast on the bottom of the crock pot. Pour salsa on top of chicken.
Cook on High 6 to 8 hours or on low for 10 to 12 hours.
An hour before serving (or in my case 20 minutes before serving.) pull the chicken apart with a fork. Then stir in sour cream and allow to cook another hour. (Again I served mine right after doing this. I just let it warm back up a little.)

That's it serve on tortillas with cheese, lettuce, what ever else you put on your tacos. Steve had three helpings of this and wanted me to make it again Sunday for the Super Bowl party we are going too. I think that means it was a hit.
Happy Wednesday
Thanks for reading.

Yummy! Maybe I'll make that for Bunco. I don't think Vance would appreciate the CHICKEN part of it. Thanks for sharing!
